    Ringing sound on Autodial passed to Agents/Calls skipping with LERR disposition/Calls Not Passing to Agents


The issue relates basically NAT and One way audio issues. 



Resolution



Set NAT=YES on the carrier entry
Set externip=Your public facing IP 
Forward ports to 5060 on router settings to server ip
Final step to try for a new VoIP which supports NAT Handling.
